Born in Washington, D.C. Ms. Lianne received her B.A. in History and M.F.A. in Creative Writing from George Mason University and MA in Women’s Studies from George Washington University. She has won awards from the Wergle Flomp Humor Poetry Contest, Tidepools, a literary journal, and the Poetry Society of Virginia.
